How HelpAlert Works?

Press the button on your watch, and help will be on its way! Your watch will quickly connect to our control room, where you can talk and listen directly through it.
2. WE ANSWER
Our control room operators are here to help. They'll talk to you directly through the watch, find out where you are, and make sure you're safe and well taken care of.
3. WE RESPOND
We'll call your friends, family, neighbours, and if needed, we'll get local 999 emergency services to help.

If fall detection is activated, the device will connect to HelpAlert's control room automatically every time the user falls, meaning help will still be arranged even if the user has been unable to press the button (due to shock or unconsciousness)
