How HelpAlert Works?
1. PRESS SOS BUTTON
Press the button on your watch, and help will be on its way! Your watch will quickly connect to our control room, where you can talk and listen directly through it.
2. WE ANSWER
Our control room operators are here to help. They'll talk to you directly through the watch, find out where you are, and make sure you're safe and well taken care of.
3. WE RESPOND
We'll call your friends, family, neighbours, and if needed, we'll get local 999 emergency services to help.

If fall detection is activated, the device will connect to HelpAlert's control room automatically every time the user falls, meaning help will still be arranged even if the user has been unable to press the button (due to shock or unconsciousness)

The GPS Pendant has passed all the necessary safety checks for use throughout Europe. But if you have a pacemaker, it's important to check with your doctor and read your pacemaker materials about using mobile phones.
What is the battery life & charging time?
The GPS Pendant has a battery life of up to 2-3 days. Battery life depends on various usage factors including usage, network connection, and cellular signal strength. The pendant will take approximately 4-5 hours to fully charge. We recommend placing the watch on the charging base each night.
Can I speak through the Pendant?
Yes, you can talk into the GPS Pendant! It has a speaker and a microphone built-in, so you can talk with someone who's trained to help you 24/7.
