All our devices are ready to go out of the box. Simply charge your watch and once fully charged, press the SOS button to make a quick test call to our control room. The test call gives peace of mind that everything is working.

Your Watch is perfectly safe to use even if you have a pacemaker. You can enjoy the peace of mind it provides without any worries.

Press and hold the button on the right side of your watch for 2 seconds. Our multi-network SIM automatically connects to the strongest signal and puts you in touch with our emergency control room. They’ll be able to talk directly to you through the watch’s internal speaker and microphone.

Our watch works wherever there’s a 2G cellular network signal, covering most areas (except the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Remember, like any mobile device, there might be occasional spots with weak signal due to buildings or other factors. The GPS tracking also works best outdoors for optimal accuracy.

We recommend charging it daily. A full charge takes just 3 – 4 hours and lasts over 24 hours with normal use.

Yes, the Watch is waterproof and fine to be used in the shower. We do not advise submerging the watch in water for long periods of time, for example in the bath or whilst swimming.

Your subscription can include an optional fall detection feature. The fall sensor detects strong falls with no obstacles. It uses smart technology to differentiate between serious falls and other movements. However, like all fall devices, it cannot guarantee to detect every fall. This depends on how the device is worn and the impact of the fall. We always recommend pressing the emergency button in the event of a fall if the user is able to.

You rent the equipment from us for as long as you need it. There is a lifetime guarantee on all of our devices, if there are any issues we’ll replace them for free. When you don’t require our service any longer you just need to return all equipment to us in the original packaging.
