How HelpAlert Works?

1. PRESS SOS BUTTON

Press the button and help will be on its way! Your lifeline will quickly connect to our control room, where you can talk and listen directly through it.

2. WE ANSWER

Our control room operators are here to help. They'll talk to you directly through the watch, find out where you are, and make sure you're safe and well taken care of.

3. WE RESPOND

We'll call your friends, family, neighbours, and if needed, we'll get local 999 emergency services to help.

If fall detection is activated, the device will connect to HelpAlert's control room automatically every time the user falls, meaning help will still be arranged even if the user has been unable to press the button (due to shock or unconsciousness)

No Landline or Internet Needed

Home Lifeline doesn't require a phone line or internet connection to work. Simply plug the device into a standard plug socket and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing help is readily available in case of an emergency. This feature is ideal for those who may not have a landline phone or internet access.

Home Lifeline has automatic fall detection as an optional add-on. You can select this feature selecting the subscription you prefer. 

Can I use the Home Lifeline if I have a pacemaker?

Yes the Home Lifeline alarm is completely safe to use with a pacemaker, so you can wear it without any problems. 

What is the battery life & charging time?

The battery life of of the alarm button is 2 years, the long lasting battery life  reduces concerns about frequent charging and replacements and ensuring their safety is not compromised by a low battery. With reliable battery life, Home Lifeline provides peace of mind knowing you can call for help whenever needed

Can I speak through the Alarm button?

No, you cannot talk through the alarm button, users need to communicate through the base unit. However, the base unit has a very loud speaker built inside to ensure it can be heard clearly even from other rooms in the house.
